What services do you offer?

We offer custom T shirts using DTF and DTG printing, embroidery on hats, polos, jackets, and bags, school uniforms, team apparel, business apparel, and promotional items.

Do you have a minimum order?

Minimums depend on the service.
DTF and DTG can be done with small quantities.
Embroidery can be done on small or large orders.

Can I bring my own shirts or apparel?

Yes, you can provide your own items. We are not responsible for defects in customer supplied garments. We always recommend ordering a few extra pieces just in case.

Do you offer school uniforms?

Yes. We provide embroidered school uniforms for students and staff. We also offer spirit wear and special school event apparel.

How long does an order take?

Most orders are completed within 7 to 10 business days after artwork approval and full payment. Large or specialty orders may take longer. Rush options may be available.

Do I have to pay a setup fee?

A one time artwork or logo setup fee may apply if your design is not print ready or needs to be digitized for embroidery. Once completed, your file stays on record for future orders.

What file types do you accept?

We prefer high quality PNG, PDF, SVG, AI, or EPS files. If you are unsure, send what you have and we will review it.

Do you offer shipping or local pickup?

Yes. We offer local pickup and shipping. Shipping costs depend on order size and location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards, electronic payments, and approved business payments. Full payment is required before production begins.

Can I see a proof before production?

Yes. We always provide a digital mockup for approval before we start printing or embroidery.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Since all items are custom made, refunds are only offered if there is an error on our part. We will always work with you to fix any issues quickly and fairly.
