1. What type of products do you offer?
We specialize in custom graphic t-shirts. Whether you have your own design or need something unique created, we've got you covered.
2. How do I place an order?
2a. Ordering Custom Designs:
If you want to submit your own design, please email your images to customerservice@appliedpressureink.com after placing your order on our website. We will create a mockup of your design and send it back to you for approval. You can request adjustments up to three times. If you are not satisfied after the third attempt, we will provide a refund. Please note that all sales are final.
2b. Ordering Inventory Designs:
To order a design from our inventory, simply browse our collection, select the design you like, choose your shirt size and color, and proceed to checkout. These designs are ready to go, and we'll process your order as soon as possible. All sales are final.
3. Can I submit my own design?
Absolutely! You can upload your design during the order process or send your images directly to customerservice@appliedpressureink.com. All sales are final. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
7. How do I care for my custom t-shirt?
For the best results, wash your t-shirt inside out with cold water and hang it to dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners to ensure the longevity of the print.
8. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future.
9. Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that all sales are final.
