I had to jump on Google and just give the biggest shout out to this company especially after going through a huge personal loss. I made a huge mistake before leaving my child's school shirts for them to embroider (my fault not theirs) and they have gone above and beyond to kindly replace the shirts and reembroider the emblem for school for me. As a company and it being my mistake they absolutely did not have to do this they could have said not our problem- if you buy more shirts bring them back to us we can redo it- and I'm just beyond words on the customer service that they have shown.
